Pros

Works for 2 semesters college calculus course. Good examples; more than adequate exercises. Incorporates practical applications from various fields that use calculus. Calc 1-3 is the best thing ever.

Highly recommend renting the book compared to purchasing. Access disk unopened and usable. Only downside to this rental is it is a rather large book.

Cons

The only thing that is actually sent to the kindle is a link leading to a dropbox that contains the laggy and glitchy pdf version. I hope the publisher or amazon can rectify this. I suppose i'll have to look into getting it professionally bound.

I'm in calc ii and this book is one of the worst written about calculus. The sources of math are all basically the europeans who developed their math from earlier cultures then claimed the discovery of their own. It is obscene to charge undergraduates... Read More
