Not a gummy, so no residue in your teeth. These are sugary and tasty. They taste really good, and i'm super picky about how things taste.
A yummy way to get your calcium and vitamin d. Chewable are easier to *. My usual vitamin d supplement has 1500 iu and this one has 1000 iu so if you're like me with that then keep that in mind.

Seller charges $5. Ordered vitafusion brand. The product contains too much sugar.
