Pros
Left wrist (badly injured years ago and not set correctly) is osteopenia as is my left hip. My wife has me order it to mitigate osteoporosis.
Cons
Do not take strontium in any form. It falsifies bone density test dexa scan (or similar) heavier strontium blocks more x-rays than calcium, in the final result dexa scan shows increased density but it is a false reading.

I have just ordered directly from algaecal but they take at least 9 days to ship
I only just received the product and have taken the pills for only 34 days
Only problem amazon lost the latest shipment and i am scrambling to get some more
My second order arrived already and im thinking im going to have a surplus of pills since ive missed some pills and days
