I ordered two of these and the locking latch wasn't properly installed on one of them, so it doesn't unlock the fan arm.

It comes with 36 inches of awg 22 wire which, believe it or not, isn't already connected to the fan but they did include itty-bitty nuts and washers for you to fumble with to do that yourself.
