Wall plate mount is stylish and modern. About 45 min install and setup w/intermediate electrical skills. Great customer service.
Cync (powered by savant) app is great and works with google and alexa. My home network is wifi 6 mesh orbi network. Had a little issue setting up with alexa but a call to support fixed it.
Cync wire free switch and cync smart plugs. Connect 1 black wire on the switch to the line wire in the box + connect 1 of the 2 travelers (call it traveler #1). Also activates the dang plug where we put his tv, and playstation!
Cons

Not all light fixtures will fit with the adapter. This adaptor needs to be inserted in front of at least 1 dimmable bulb in the circuit. It looks ridiculous and didn't even fit into my fixed ceiling fixture.
Buyer beware. This is what i wished i had known before i bought it. Such an expensive disappointment.

Works from the start with the cync app
It sure confirmed to be true and once i wired neutral and line to the switch it booted up even with the load wire red disconnected

So yeah it will only connect to ge cync or the older cbyge bulbs and you will need to use the app to pair it at least when you set it up

If you have a full color bulb it will still only change the warmth not change from red to green to purple etc
