I have been taking turmeric for a few weeks now and have to say i am genuinely impressed
I had heard how you could take turmeric as an natural alternative to advil so i thought i would give it a try
I always would take advil because it would releive my pain so well but have recently heard how turmeric does the same thing but also had other health benefits so i thought i would give it a try
Im so glad i did not only for me but for my direct family
