Product is fine but packaging poor because there was leakagei almost sent it back for a replacement but did not take the time

Put a light coat on you dont want it in your eyes or blurry vision but it goes away

I bought this to use on my eyelids because they tend to get dry and flaky which makes makeup look horrible
