My ear canal would spit out every pair of headphones that come with those dozens of sizes of foam silicone ear fittings either because they would fall out or be 10 sizes too large seriously whos ear canal is the size of a grapefruit

Apple earbuds were the about only things that would fit but you hear everything going on around you and have to crank up the volume to compensate not to mention they are very prone to fall out during workoutsrunning
