I have never owned a burger press before so i was skeptical that i even needed one since i have been hand forming burger patties by hand for years
First i made burgers the full thickness allowed with the press and they were very good but a little thicker than we like them and my son the cook is not as adept at cooking on the grill as other people so he had a hard time getting the middles cooked through
I also discovered how easy it is to add extra ingredients into the burgers with the press
My family and i ground and made 12 stuffed steak burgers yesterday 12 lb
