Start to remove the film from the inside of the strap so that if god forbid you manage to scratch the ceramic strap unlikely it will be on the inside of the strap

I would suggest a bent paper clip to get under the wrapped film and thats enough to pull the film away from the watch sufficiently to get a knife or scissors or a finger under it to remove
