Once i got the technique down it sped things up and i hand tightened each screw

If you look closely the side rails have to go on a certain way because of the ladder and the foot and headboards have to go on a certain way so that the holes on the top line up correctly

You have a 50 chance of putting them on the right way but it was just my luck that i put everything on the wrong way and had to redo it

We really like the bed but the instructions are pretty terrible in many places vague or even incorrect i would give the instructions one star
