It may have helped with my skin i have acne but im not taking a high enough dose to see the dramatic results some people report so this could simply be the power of suggestion

Ive been on expensive antibiotics doxycycline hyclate which worked but you can only really stay on it for 3 months at a time and you have to avoid vitaminsdairy products in the few hours beforeafter taking it for the maximum effect

At the dosage im taking i would recommend buying the kilo not sure how long it will last at 10 g per night
