Rounded measurements are inherently inaccurate and i found a flat 14 tsp to be closer to 550mg so im not sure if my flattening the tsp contents packed the powder in or the label is just not accurate

I took off one star because of what i found i believe is a dosage problem on the package

It says and i believe it is 3 however while almost all the sources i have found say 300mg 3 times a day the package label says 600mg 1 to 3 times a day
