Pros

This extract is potent and it doesn't take much to feel its effects. It helps take the edge off of dealing with stress and procrastination. Great pre run energy boost.

The taste is not unpleasant, floral, and mixes well with tea. I mix it into about two ounces of my liquid of choice for the day to try and mask the taste. Along with my other powdered supplements and * it down in a shot-like fashion.
