I am very happy with the quality and affordability of this brand
Only wish it had a scoop but other than that great product
Company does warn of the tingling and the product description
Ok so everyone else has not been very helpful as to how much to take to feel the product

And the price especially compared with other products is a no brainer

Other than the packaging this product is great definitely would recommend
I was surprised to find a few empty gel caps in the bag
I also enjoy the benefits of the softer more flexible bulk packaging as apposes to a glass jar
Competitiveness
Remember to take for up to 3 weeks to increase carnosine levels
I was looking for something natural with not a whole lot of of chemicals and to make it a preworkout
I do store the bags inside a larger ziplock as the seal on the original bag isnt always the best

The tingling is very minor and only last a minute or 2 on my hands and the back of my arms

My brother took a double dose while i took a normal single and we were still lifting about the same but he was itching to the point where he had to take a cold shower so watch out
