The maiden voyage for this bag was a movie-in-the-park event where it was very hot. I filled this lunch bag with 5 bottles of water, an ice pack, and some chocolates, and there was still room. So I think it would easily fit food for 6, or drinks + food for 4 people. Or a lot of stuff for one or two people :)Although it was hot out, the bag kept the water cool. I also brought a sharpie to mark the bottles, and I put that in one of the side pockets, which are also insulated; the sharpie didn’t melt.We were in the shade, but if I had been in the direct sun for any length of time I would keep my phone in here as well.Seems like the perfect thing for a day at the beach, on the water, or if you have to leave lunch in your car with some out-and-about type of work.It has an easy carry-handle, but also a great shoulder strap, so it’s always easy to carry.   Read Less
