Pros

The machine is a very primitive machine that works very well. I would definitely recommend this product. Aside from the amazing customer service, the waffle maker works great!

Perfectly crispy outside, and soft fluffy inside. It crisps up a lot if you just let it cool a bit. Made rye waffles for a reuben sandwich.

I have 5 grandchildren and they loved the “new waffles “. Saved ton of $$ from purchasing those $5 egg bubbles. My kids love the ‘pandas bubbles’! It is very fun for kids!

Cons

The white enamel is cracked due to heat after first use. The rubber footing is lossy, falling apart all the time, annoying. They’re are no instruction and only a youtube video.

It also has hot spots even though its plugged into an outlet and not over the stove.
