Pros

Customer service is #1 best customer service i've ever had to deal with. They reply right away, within minutes. They are very polite and knowledgeable. Works and sync fine.

A@5v at 50% brightness in the code. I bridge around the flywheel diode for the rest of the pixels, so they get a full 5v. Each spool appears consistent in color and has no dead leds.

The lights are controlled using a raspberry pi 3 with a simple program called led control. The common led libraries control this strip easily. A remote rgb controller makes the lights change color with the music.

The strip's power wiring isn't high enough gauge for the power/length/resistance of the strips. Do yourself a favor and avoid these poor quality lights.
