The setup instructions in the paper manual were a little out of date the order of the selections in the manual was different than in the camera and some of the labels were different like operation mode instead of capture mode

I did have a problem at first trying to download files from the camera to my pc via a usb connection

I plugged a miniusb cable into the jack on the camera and the usba on the other end into my pc and waited for the device driver to install and the transfer dialog window to pop up

Figured the cable was bad but it worked fine on my ancient olympus c5060 camera

Tried it again on the strike force but still no dice

Looked at it real close this time and noticed that there was a small gap between the miniusb grip and the strike force housing so i shoved much harder on the plug it slid all the way in and bingo the driver installed and the file transfer dialog popped right up

Sojust be sure to plug the usb cable all the way into the camera when using the direct cameratopc method to download pictures and video
