It does 2 sided simultaneous scanning which means it can do 2 sided on any size of paper because it doesnt flip it over

I have 812 x 11 in the top tray and 11 x 17 in the bottom tray

My only qualm is that to print the larger legal or ledger size 11x17 the paper tray has to be adjusted as designed such that it protrudes out from the machine

This unit has performed flawlessly sans a couple of operator errors

Not sure what the cost per page averages out to but for an inkjet its fairly economical
