These are so easy to *! The pill is a bit large but no worse than most and you only have to take one. Dropped my triglycerides as well as the prescription medication.

Some research says that we need to keep our omega 3-to-omega 6 ration balanced. Much cheaper than a rx type. It meets all of my expectations it terms of quality.

Cons

Took 2 at dinner yesterday and woke up with a headache and pain in my stomach. It taste like lime oil. It stinks like fish that sat in the sun for a day.
