Pros
Would like to see a lhs control panel for lefties. Unit performs well, warms up quickly, adjusts well. Only complaint is that the control arm is not lit up.
These are great for people that have hemorrhoids as toilet paper can be very abrasive and irritating. During this time when toilet paper is hard to find, this bidet seat is a godsend. I have used a washlet for years, this one is not a disappointment.
Cons
This model is inferior in its cleansing. Warm water is available for 40 sec, and then one gets colder water. They tell you to remove the seat and drain it for a reset that does nothing.
I am quite disappointed in the response provided by brandon on behalf of brondell and let him know that. Do not buy this product. This goes back to amazon for a full refund and they lose a customer for life" - brandon.
Buy the basic non electric greenco for 25 bucks and save yourself some money and time. This one is no nicer than our old $75 one. One of them is seldom used.
The dryer function is not what i expected either it’s also very weak. The massage function does virtually nothing. The controls are set too far back to reach comfortably for me. It has a design flaw.
I suspect that brondell has a design problem, where incorrect materials were specified and they corroded. I believe that a unit that failed right out of the box should be replaced, not repaired.

After some fooling around with the cord it now goes very ungracefully up the front of the toilet tank and to the plug
It’s decent for the money although i’ve had better

The washes are taking some getting used to the pressure is lighter than our previous brondell model
My daughter told me about her family’s bidet seat and so i started looking
We first bought an offbrand value bidet and got stuck with a piece of junk
We previously had another brondell bidet the swash and while it did have heated water it didnt have a drying feature or heated seat
