No more achilles pain or inflammation or limp.
I am happy to say i am polyp free and now my next colonoscopy is in 5 yrs. While it is a bit pricey, i find it absolutely worth the purchase price.
Broccoli and brussel sprouts are some of the biggest sources of natural sulforaphane. Taking this supplement is much easier than eating 2-3 cups of broccoli sprouts each day. I normally grow my own broccoli sprouts, which is very easy to do.
