Pros

Packaged and very nice. Fit and operation is perfect. Jolt and priced reasonably. It fits perfectly.

Stainless steel goes with any decor. The only thing that i wish was different is the lighting.

This model is convertible for either vented or not. Was an easy straight forward disconnect / remove and replace. If using as a non-vented exhaust hood, you need to purchase a charcoal filter separately to grab grease/smoke particulate matter.

Cons

The metal is very flimsy and looks cheap. The black plastic piece that covers the front vent falls off. Months after install, the fan switch (which apparently also controls the power to the light switch) failed.

Product was at least 50 cheaper thru amazon then buying it at big box stores

This filter can be easily found lowes and costs about 20

Lightpowercord and vent pipe have to be purchased separately but are inexpensive

I purchased an open product it came with the original box and everything was in good conditioneasy to install

Came with all the parts and in perfect condition

It did come with a small dent in the front
