This thing is junk. Interface is clunky and just doesn't feel anywhere near user friendly or premium. Boots up automatically in ap mode (slow flash blue) and there’s no access point to connect to.
The app requires a connection to a server for some reason. It keeps saying that the response from the server is slow. Without real alexa support and support for common us devices (and units) this thing is worthless for me and going back.

It will take a little time to get things working properly but for less than 25 this is an excellent product

Inexpensive for what you get and voice controls are great

Having said that homekit enabled devices arent as common as alexa or google so ive had to find new ways to make things work

Using an alexa routine with nodered i can say 34computer damage report34 and it turns on the tv turns it to hdmi1 turns on the sound system turns on the cable box and dials it to my favorite news channel
