The packaging is reminiscent of a flagship mobile/cell phone box. The feel and weight of the box impresses, telling you there's quality inside.

The fan is tiny and volume of air (even at highest fan setting) inadequate for a normal sized adult male experiencing moderate exertion. The thing to hang around your neck is too short and the hose kinks up, get a longer cord.

Do not waste your money on purchasing this item. Amazon says there is a no return policy because shipping restriction, which i assumes means the battery. They say it’s not eligible for a refund.
