The old adage that you get what you pay for is true. Very unhappy with the quality of the hearing aids for the cost. No customer service.
The amplified sound is harsh. Deader than a doornail. When there's a louder sound, even on the lowest level it creates distortion. Nothing but hiss and noise.

I returned a model 220 because it was too loud even at the lowest setting and i ascertained no difference in the 4 tone settings
