The menu system is a bit wonky and it is only 720 but for documentation or broll this is a really good tool i would not call this highend video btw so if you are going for something more high end look further and spend more

I found the menu structure to be clumsy at best and despite working through that with the manual at hand just cant get this device to take time lapse sequences

It simply seems to take an initial photo of the scene then convert that into a long movie i couldnt get it to take any additional photos let alone create a movie

Tried calling technical support 8446847291 and it rang and rang until it reverted to a fax tone
