Wife likes them but not the same as the fancy multi colored see through type gel or not these seem like a thin general replacement insole and look it too

Im an 8 and i can make them work but anything bigger and i question if it would work out ok

If theres any residue from sweat or skin they wont stick and the backing looses its tackiness

Probably works well but too thick to fit in my heels
