Pros & Cons

Pros

Bought 2 sets. Gave to my 11-year-old nephew as a gift. Hubby is pretty proud of this purchase. Love the color red, but still like the pink.

They’re also way less distracting than i thought they’d be to the rider themselves. With the brightness i worried they would be ‘blinding’ but that was not the case. Rode in a snow storm last weekend.

Best to use ethyl or iso propyl alcohol on absorbent paper to remove all oil from the rims. Best secured with shoegoop cement applied with a tooth pick to the rim.

Cons

Lights physically work, but the mounting straps both snapped on their loosest setting. Now the battery pack has a flimsy snap case and is held on by a pathetic rubber strap.

Lots of the same exact product out there - so buyer beware. This product is useless. And frustrating to pay full price for half of the product.

The batteries inside are poorly secured so every bump results in the lights resetting or simply turning off. Tried changing the batteries and nothing. Will attempt contacting customer service.

The inner contacts and springs are of very low quality and durability. The elastic is very cheap. The straps for the tool less installation are super cheap.

Quality

I very satisfied with the item and thanks

Love the color and the added safety they provide for being seen

I would go with this company much better quality it’s obvious when you see them

I almost lost my life and im not pleased with this at all

Packaging/appearance

Also has brackets to hold the pack securely on the spokes

So i used some zip ties to reattach the pack to the spokes

Competitiveness

The little rubber fasteners are way too flexible and thin to hold a 3aa battery pack to moving bike spokes
