Calibrated these on various surfaces, desperate to get a consistent reading. Not fit for purpose. Binned it.

It has served pretty well while it lasted but eventually got wet and despite getting it dry back again some of the funcionality ceased
I did manage to get them quite wet at one point but a good wipe down and they were as good as new

I didnt know that i needed this item to brew coffee but i now cant do without it
