Pros
They are good for the planet. Makes me feel better that i'm not contributing to the plastic waste. The only downfall is that they make a mess when cleaning them.
Easy to fill and clean and makes owning a k-cup machine much cheaper. Love being able to use local coffee beans and so much cheaper then individual k cups. We are a kuerig-loving household.
One little hiccup is that these cups do not have a filter which would keep most of the oil and sediment out. The filters also seem to result in a darker brew with less sediment.
Cons
It is very messy because it doesn't have one point of exit for the coffee at the bottom. Coffee quality ranges from awful to tolerable - but never good. It's my fault i guess, i should have made sure before purchasing.
When hot water enters this cup, it goes through the top layer of the coffee and pours out the side. When you try to snap the lid closed, the sides of the cup crumple.

I use these with the disposable filters with lids and they give me a perfect cup of coffee in my keurig elite every time
Giving 4 stars because even though they look of good quality i cant use them
I had to experiment with the grinder to get the perfect size of grounds

I now have a lifetime supply of reusable cups and filters at home and must buy different reusable cups for work because these are too big to fit

Second in the broader category of onepiece design the screen is built into the cup

Ive noticed more liquid output with a real k cup pod however that coffee always has a weird paper pulp after taste and my fresh coffee in this pod does not

Other cheaper ones do not have to go in a certain way but have too much screen for flow making coffee too week
