While expensive, i am repaid by time saved in the morning, using the timed tea making feature. For all you people who are complaining about the 60 min keep warm time here's a hint. Keep warm function is a fantastic feature.
The only downside is the cleaner sample offered. Tea basket and lid can go in the dishwasher, the rest is manual clean. A bit of a hassle to clean, a bit but otherwise an awesome tea maker.

Tip i never take my pot to the sink to fill it but rather bring the water to the pot by using a small plastic jug to fill it
