Pros

Americanos, cappuccinos, espressos, does it all. Enables a quality espresso experience.

Reviews are not a forum for bitterness. Also excellent customer service.

Cons

Even though both boilers are com0letely drained, the not drained warning stays on. The plastic ages quickly because of the heat and just fails.

To make it clear, my experience isn’t even remotely related to user error. Breville knows there is a software issue but will not allow any dealer to update the software. Would have been cheaper.
