After 2 brevilles in a 7 year span i'm done with this make. Their blender and toaster are not much better. The toaster is acting up and the blender cant make a smoothie anymore.

It is so much easier to use and meets all my needs with the three positions for the rack
Not too pleased with the teflon coating and the california warning

To my knowledge there are no service depots in ontario and service parts can not be purchased anywhere

In my case due to a power surge the microprocessor software received a glitch and the system software stopped working correctly
