This is my first real espresso machine and i was in the market for a superautomatic machine originally
Make it better at home for pennies ratherthen 5 cup at the franchises
Breville makes a great product until it stops working then you’re stuck with about the worst customer service in the civilized world
It’s so reliable and the only home espresso machine i’ve found that is less than 5000 that adequately froths milk

Being a very heavy user of this machine i too had issues popping circuit breaker or gfci valves chattering not getting to temp turning off

All of these were the because of the same issue there are these little red orings inside lots of them that eventually dry out through all the thermal cycles

This causes liquid or stream leaks and the main circuit board is directly over the boilers
