Pros
The built in grinder and auto dosing feature is incredibly useful. It makes better coffee than starbucks, makes good milk foam for latte art. It is loud, but it is an espresso machine, so that should be expected.
One for home and one for office. Not quite as beginner friendly, but there are so many videos i wouldn’t worry too much. This machine is fantastic and i cannot recommend it enough. I'm super impressed with the espresso this machine produces.
Steamer/foam part is impressive. Panarello frothing wand works well too. One thing that disappoints a bit is the steamer wand. I have a little difficulty turning the knob counterclockwise.

Breville claims all the replacement machines are new and not refurbished. It is used & filthy. My buy the longest extended warranty available.
This could be a fire hazard issue to the consumers. Their idea of customer service is - youtube! Buyers be very aware! This is very disappointing for such an expensive machine.

The milk frothing wand is a real work of art it froths milk like a pro and its so easy to clean
If you want to use the steam function expect to wait a looooong time
I managed an italian coffee shop and didnt like the time it took to froth but only because i was used to a 5 group commercial 240v machine
