This is more of an accupressure device than what most people think of as a massager. It massages every muscle in your hand especially the thumb area. Feels great and is good to use after several massages.

It's well-built, quiet, easy to use, and comes in a sturdy carrying case with a handle. That makes this a handy device to have around whenever i get a flare-up. I also like the fact that it's portable.

The concept is nice, but the product needs to be reworked. It is not as advertised and is not worth the bother. One reviewer was very unhappy with the product.

Amp; provides some pin point pressure and you'll have marks on the bottom of your hands where the pins have pushed into your flesh. Only squeezes through air pressure and then holds and releases it.

My ac adaptor was broken. The problem is that the device does not actually massage the hand. This is the same feeling as a blood pressure cuff when the cuff inflates and tightens.
