Pros

I have a better attitude at work and dont feel like an elephant is sitting on my forehead while driving home from work. This massager is great. Does everything you want it to do.

Cons

The massage setting is not a massage, it is a death grip. The back does not have gentle or soothing massagers, they have irritating vibrations that give you a headache almost immediately.
