I told my sister it needs to be called the rls machine instead of the slim strider.

I like the fact that it tracks your movements calories and time and if you need to step off for a minute, it continues tracking from where you left off.

It says up 250-300lbs but that's when sturdiness comes into question.

Everything else is great and can get u started on the path of weight loss but i find myself jumping off after 3 to 5 mins afraid of increasing momentum because me and the machine may go off out the window.
