I tried the freshly picked bag and it was beautiful but looked way too big when you were wearing it and the straps were so uncomfortable with the bag packed

I tried the bagitalilst bag and it had amazingly comfortable straps and pads on the back of the bag but the pockets were not all functional

The front pockets are all way to small to be useful and there is no where to put a water bottle

They tried to make the bottom of the bag easier to access with a bottom zipper but once you open that it is so hard to get the front pocket clipped back in

I also liked the customer service seller wrote me email letter asking about my satisfaction of the purchase and offered to make it right if theres something wrong
