Pros & Cons
Pros
This book explains the science of ocd and how to overcome it. I suffer terribly with intrusive thoughts and neutralizing and this book has helped me see what they truly are. I highly recommend it to anyone who is suffering from ocd.
It is very well structured and written, plain english and not technical. Not only is it clear and articulate, it's also compassionate and understanding. It's logical, clear and well written. Lots of useful diagrams.
Cons
