Pros

This is one of the best bread/cooking/* books i have. Just received a loaf of bread as a thanks for the book, great bread. The only downside to this book is the cheap binder.

Cons

Too much work for such mediocre results. The "book" now resembles more a large folder of looseleaf papers than an actual book. Pages wont turn, they get stuck on the spiral, so turning pages is a struggle.

The recipe calls for 2 2/3 cups of flour to 1 cup plus 2 tablespoon of water. With a dry ingredient like flour, 2-1/2 cups (volume) equals 12. A 50% whole wheat bread is a farce in real nutrition.
