Pros
This product works well for both bathing suits and leggings. It's comfortable and i just toss it in the wash after each use.
It's literally a life saver. It definitely does the job, even if there are a few minor setbacks. I like that they include adhesives you can use to secure them.
Cons
This material is very thick and you could see it through the bikini. The lining of most swimsuits are thicker than this. The reason i bought these was to hide any details when wearing a swimsuit with thinner material.

I actually don’t use the little stickers to hold them in place because i find they slip into all of the little slots of my thongs and stay in place on their own then they’re easier to wash without the sticky residue

The adhesive doesn’t work great in water and it does look like you have a pantyliner on when wearing it with a swimsuit but i would rather have that than the other option

Wash only dont throw them in the dryer or the layers will split

I didnt experience camel toe even with these inserted only one time and i think thats because i had it facing the wrong side

Other brands either still bent and showed camel toe or they were the sticky gel kind

If you have a pair of something that reaaally super rides up it will make it better but won’t work completely

I got a one piece bathing suit that was made out of an unfortunately vertically ribbed fabric that left nothing to the imagination
