Pros
Braceabilty is a lifesaver. Helps me with my 2 hernias. Helped keep pain from tossing and turning to a minimum. I occasionally use a back brace, but this is wider and does a much better job of support.
The fabric is breathable enough that i wasn't sweaty after wearing it. It’s super comfortable and has the best velcro of any kind. Very comfy, correct size.
Cons
If you are petite, or short-waisted, this is not the binder for you. It's so tall that it dug painfullyunder my breasts and into the top of my thighs - at the same time! It also pulls at the elastic so hard that it pulls it apart.
This is a poor product as far as durability goes. Would not recommend this.

Maybe not the ideal solution for longterm use but for a few months recovery its an excellent product for the cost

The band is made of soft elastic i got the 12 which fits right under my breast to just below my hips i got it for undetermined right sided pain and the compression from the belt and support it gives helps some the bend does loose its shape after 34 uses but doesnt affect the function
