These inserts are robust, excellent quality and sturdy.

Great replacement for old padding that has gone bad. Very good replacement liner. These are exactly what i needed to replace the warn out removable pads in my sports bras.

They fit inside bathing suit tops, sports bras, anything that has a removable pad. They fit perfectly in my sports bras and bralettes.

Cons

These are so thin, why even bother. They also move around so much they are more of a pain to deal with all day. Don't buy, waist of money.
