Fits ok on the a24 but like another reviewer said, the battery seems to run itself dead in a matter of days without the radio being on. Looking for another brand now to try.

In route i lost all avionics and had no radio other than my hand held back up

I extended my flight over the ocean to get situated with my back up radio only to find my stock nicad battery was near dead

I do not need a back up battery as this one battery has lasted 2 days when i forgot to shut it off and still had more power than the old nicad

It only took a little bit of investigation because the clip could not secure it in place i had to press a bit harder and manually help the clip engage the battery
