Pros

Makes folding shirts quick and neatly folded. I highly suggest getting one learning to fold neatly it is a real space saver.

The uniformity makes everything so much easier to carry and stack. It is not intuitive, but definitely once you know, you know how to use it. The instructions are on the device.

Cons

Many of my tops are some sort of thin jersey knit. It folds shirts too large to be of use for me. The photo is a size med.

Fumbling with this thing took so much longer and didn't produce a good fold. More work than folding yourself. I have to keep adjusting the shirts as i'm folding which makes the t pointless. It takes me too long to fold a shirt or pant on this.
