Pros
The product is super simple to use and pack-able. It's entertaining and fun for all ages. If you don't have a speed bag or a double-end bag at home, this is a great substitute.
Ball is a durable light rubber not nerf. I use it in addition to sparring i do at my kickboxing gym. The product is a bit difficult to use at first, so is any reflex ball!
Cons
The cable is not durable and will break while you're punching it. It has no instructions on how to replace elastic cord. The ball hits you so hard and bounces back too quick.

Also sometimes if you hit it too hard the line will snap back at ya the string often gets in the way but i guess it is that way on most but other than that it works

The hand wrap is junk you can just throw it away because it is nothing compare to the regular hand wrap you would use

Youre better off buying actual hand wraps unless you have tough hands and just dont use themi know i dont because the ball is somewhat soft enough
