The infiltrator can be a bit tricky to use at first when the ball is flat; i found i had to support the ball by the frame when first pumping air; but after that it was fine.

The pump that came with the package didn’t work so i used our bike pump which worked fine.

First off, the package included a note that said something #ownit with a note that explained sometimes honest people make mistakes and if anything was incorrect, to please contact a number.
